The hotel was clean and functional, which is exactly what I needed. The buffet breakfast offered a wonderful variety that exceeded my expectations. However, I encountered some issues with the staff's communication and the overall room condition left something to be desired. While the location was convenient near the station, the lack of adequate room maintenance was disappointing.

I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was really convenient, just a short walk from the JR station, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast had its highlights, and I enjoyed the big bath on the 14th floor with a great view. On the other hand, I encountered issues with rude service, especially during check-in, and the room had stains which should have been addressed more professionally. Overall, it’s a decent place with potential, but the service left a lot to be desired.
